Shapely Style
What you will need for this tutorial.
Paint Shop Pro, any version, my example was done in X2
Tube of choice. I am using the work of Dan Holm which is licensed through Up Your Art and you need to buy the tube from them in order to use it.
Grunge brushes of choice.
Flowers and accents of choice.
Font of choice I used - Milk and Cereal
Let's get started
OPen a new image 650 x 650 at 72 dpi and flood fill white.
With your preset shape tool set at ellipse, line width 25 - 30, foreground brown, background nil, draw out a largish ellipse slightly higher than center of canvas.
Convert to raster and apply an inner bevel as follows:-

With you magic wand click inside the frame you just made and expand by 4.
Add a new raster layer and position under the frame, flood fill with a gradient of choice. Selections none. Go to Effects, textures, fine leather and apply with these settings:-
Add a new raster layer above this textured layer and add a few grunge brushes in white, Change the blend mode to overlay.
Next, take your preset shape tool set to rectangle, foreground colour to suit your tag, background nil, line width about 20, draw a long rectangle and position to the left of your frame. Inner Bevel as before .
Go to effects, Distortion effects, Warp, and apply with the following settings:-

Magic tool, click inside the frame and then expand your selection by 4. Copy and paste your tube, or a close up of the tube, so that it fills the frame
.
Using the rectangle preset again, this time with foreground null, background a colour to suit, draw another rectangle and position across the base of the two previous frames . Convert to raster layer.
Now go to effects, texture effects , tiles, and set them to triangles:-
On the same layer, Plugins, VM Instant Art, Origami Folder:-

Add drop shadows to your frames, and the rectangle.
Copy and paste a few ribbons of choice and position on top of the tiled rectangle, so that they form a "cushion" for your tube to sit on. Then copy and paste you tube and post ion as if sat on the ribbons. Drop shadow the tube and ribbons.

Add any other flowers and accents you wish to the tag.
Make the background layer active , add a new layer and flood fill with a colour or gradient to match your tag. Apply a mask of choice.
Add your name in font of choice. I used Milk and Cereal, picking out colours from my accents.
Resize tag to suit your preference, then add your artist copyright, license number where necessary and taggers mark if used.
Save your tag in your preferred format.
