Mura Meister - Copies Andrews Filters 1 - Circular Tremors Preset Heart Shape VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes Font of Choice - I used Allura Script
Let's get started :-
Open a new image 600 x 250 pixels at 72dpi. Copy and paste your tube onto the canvas. Mura Meister Copies -Wallpaper Rotate
The apply Andrews Filters 1 - Circular Tremors at default settings:-
Apply this once more. Duplicate this layer. On the duplicate layer add Motion Blur:- . Change the blend mode of this layer to screen With your heart preset shape, line width 10, foreground colour one from your tube, draw a heart so that it sits over the right hand face in your background. Apply an inner bevel to the heart.. using your magic wand tool, click into the centre of the heart. Promote this selection to layer, and then duplicate it twice, giving you three blank layers. Keep selection and close off top two layers. Make the first promoted layer active and apply VDL Adrenaline Snowflakes:-
Then apply the same Motion Blur as you did before. Repeat this on the other two layers, changing the random seed on the snowflakes each time. Selections none. Copy and paste your tube, position to the left of your tag and drop shadow. Add your name with a font of choice, I used Allura Script. If you wish to add the "Raining In My Heart" text, use the same font, position the layer below the three rain layers and change the blend mode of the layer to Hard Light. Add a new raster layer, selections, select all, modify contract 4, invert and fill with same colour that you used for the heart, then apply the same inner bevel. Add your artist copyright , license number and taggers mark if used. If you do not wish to animate, save as either a jpeg or png.
Now to animate the tag to finish it off. With the top two of the rain layers still hidden, copy merged and paste as a new animation in AS. Back in PSP, hide the first rain layer, and open the middle one. Copy merged, and then right click into your first frame in AS and paste after current frame. Repeat this, closing off the middle layer and opening the top one. paste this after the second frame. Change the frame properties to about 15. If you are happy with your animation, save as a gif.
