What you will need for this tutorial:-

Paint Shop Pro - (PSP) any version, mine was done in X2

Animation Shop

Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Olivia. Olivia's work is currently licensed through Creative Design Outlet (CDO) and you can purchase them from their store -

Musical Preset Shape or Shape of choice.

Heart Preset Shape

Filters - Mura Meister Copies

Eye Candy Glass

Font of choice. - I used Chopin Script

Let's get started.

Open a new image 600 x 250 pixels at 72 dpi.

Copy and paste your tube onto the canvas then apply Mura Meister Copies - Wallpaper Rotate. You may need to increase the Number so that the canvas is almost entirely covered.

Wallpaper Rotate

Apply a Gaussian Blur at 10.00 to this layer and then a Radial Blur twice with the following setting:-

Radial Blur

Edge Effects- Enhance. Repeat.

Copy and paste your tube onto the canvas, and position to the Right, arrange so that the portion you want is showing on the canvas. Crop off any excess.

Using black as your background colour, foreground null, and with your Music preset shape draw a the shape right across your tag to suit your tube. Arrange this layer below your tube and convert to a Raster layer.

Inner Bevel:-

If liked add Eye Candy Glass to your music line :-

Add a drop shadow of choice. I used a white drop shadow as follows :-

Change your preset shape to your heart shape of choice and draw out a few hearts of varying sizes around your tag where you think they look best.

Add the same inner bevel and glass effect as before.

Duplicate this heart layer twice.

On the bottom layer add Eye Candy HSB Noise :-

HSB Noise

Repeat this on the other two layers hitting the Random Seed button each time.

Now add your name with a suitable font. I used Chopin Script, and used the same inner bevel, glass and drop shadow as before.

Add your © information and license number where required.

Add a new Raster Layer, Select All, Contract by 10, Invert. Copy your background layer and paste it into the selection. Apply Inner Bevel and Glass if required.

To Animate :-

Make sure the top two HSB Noise Layers are closed. Copy Merged the remaining layers and right click into AS and paste as a new animation.

Back in PSP, close off the first HSB layer and open the second one. Copy merged. In AS right click into your first frame, and choose Paste After Current Frame. Repeat this with your top HSB Layer, this time right clicking into the second frame in AS.

In your first frame click and hold Ctrl+A to choose all frames, then change the frame properties to 25.

Save your tag as a gif.
