What you will need for this tutorial:-

Paint Shop Pro - (PSP) any version, mine was done in X2

Animation Shop

Tube or tubes of choice, one with two versions works best. I am using the awesome work of Melissa Dawn. You need a license to use her work, and her tubes can be purchased from CDO.

Xenofex 2.0- Shatter

Mura Meister Copies.

Font of choice. - I used Bharatic.

Let's get started.

Open a new image 600 x 250 pixels at 72 dpi.

Copy and paste your tube for the background onto the canvas .

Apply Xenofex 2.0 - Shatter :-

xenofex shatter

Now apply Mura Meister Copies - Wallpaper Rotate

Wallpaper Rotate

Copy and paste the same tube again and position to one side of your tag .Change the blend mode of this layer to hard Light or one that suits your tube. Play around until you find the effect you like best.

Copy and paste your second tube and position to the opposite side of your tag. Apply a drop shadow of choice to both layers.

Duplicate both tube layers.

Close off the bottom tube layer on one of them, and the top layer on the other.

Using you freehand selection tool, draw around the eye of the top tube.

Now adjust brightness and contrast:-

Brightness

You might need to adjust the Brightness figure if the 100 is too bright for your image.

Pick a section of your other tube and change the brightness on the bottom tube layer of that one.

Add your name in your font of choice. I used Bharatic and gave it an Inner Bevel and drop shadow.

Add your © information and license number where necessary.

To Animate :-

Make sure the top tube layers are closed. Copy Merged the remaining layers and right click into AS and paste as a new animation.

Back in PSP, close the bottom tube layers and open the top ones.. Copy merged. In AS right click into your first frame, and choose Paste After Current Frame.

In your first frame click and hold Ctrl+A to choose all frames, then change the frame properties to 50.

Click ok. Then save as a gif.
